hotel was clean, cool, had fab staff and location. there were extremely comfy beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite television inside the room.

The experience was really really nice and I will be back. The staff was fantastic friendly and attentive, the breakfast offered was adequate with lots of food. The pool was nice and I had bottled drinks in the roof top bar.

Hip new hotel, staff were brilliant and rooms were fashionable. The location was fab for us, close to excellent restaurants. Again, the venue was near Santa Catalina. Very tasty and outstanding breakfast with cereals, pastries and tea, liked its service.

Our room was reasonably spacious and spotless. The staff has always been absolutely fantastic, and the facilities were overall nice. They served hearty breakfast, it included pastries, bakery and cheese. Ideal location - minute walk from a wide tree-lined avenue.

At Protur Naisa Palma we had an enjoyable stay. We loved the bed, which was comfortable. Adrian Quetglas was a restaurant with a contemporary atmosphere, set 300 metres away.
